日本伊賀土鍋好誘人

一直都對日本土鍋抱持高度的興趣與好感, 前陣子看到洛杉磯時報的報導後, 心裡更是滿滿土鍋倩影, 洛杉磯的十色出售一系列的日式土鍋, 有専門煮飯為主, 專作炊物, 專作燻物或烤物, 還有京都淺形鍋, 真是琳瑯滿目, 不過原裝進口, 身價頗昂, 著迷於土鍋的店主Naoko還開設一系列土鍋烹飪課, 三月和四月課程是味噌製作與家庭燒烤, 可惜上課地點在洛杉磯, 否則我還真躍躍欲試呢!

    Min,

    I have no idea how you find these amazing products/designers! I love Toiro’s products and you’re right, the price isn’t cheap but I’d gladly buy one of their donabes then another Le Creuset. Hopefully one of our sons will want our pots and pans as heirloom someday ^_^

    Who knows, maybe I will be able to find an excuse to go down to LA for one of Mrs. Donabe’s classes. Thanks for the introduction!

    我也很喜歡土鍋
    伊賀燒真的狠棒!去日本的時候 賣價到是不會太驚人喔!
    大概一個飯鍋約三千台幣左右呢
    我最喜歡的 是雲井窯
    費工三個月才能製作一個土鍋的傳統手拉坏作法
    非常誘人
    可惜 我還買不下手….XD

    I live in LA … sorry…I will stay tuned for any future classes, would love to try them out.

    I heard about 雲井窯, but seems that it has an extremely high price tage, like $500 US a rice cooking pot. In comparison, this one is much more affordable!
